Seventy students graduated from the North Baton Rouge Industrial Training Initiative (NBRITI) program, a tuition-free training program that connects local residents with high-demand skilled craft careers. The NBRITI program was created in a partnership between ExxonMobile and BRCC. This program is one of ExxonMobil’s true community initiatives and was started with a focus on their contributions to our local community and a sustainable workforce.
