Catholic High School


Founded in 1894 by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart, Catholic High School (CHS) is an all-male college preparatory school dedicated to providing opportunities for development of the spiritual, moral, intellectual, social and physical growth of each student. In 2014, CHS was recognized for the fifth time as a National Blue Ribbon School by the Department of Education. Within the rigorous academic program that includes a 1:1 laptop program, students have opportunities to take honors and AP courses along with a wide range of electives including computer classes, theatre, art, and courses within the award winning band and choral curriculum. In addition, students have the opportunity to excel in 12 different sports, with many competing for state titles each year. With more than 30 extracurricular activities offered, students are able to pursue interests in clubs such as robotics, multimedia, Respect Life, Ultimate Frisbee and lacrosse, just to name a few.
