T-Mobile recently announced their $2 million Digital Equity Award to EBR Schools at Liberty Magnet High School. This award provides more than 900 underclassmen with new T-Mobile LTE enabled Chromebooks, which allows students to access the internet and school resources no matter where they are. T-Mobile representatives, school officials, district IT leaders, and students threw a “Chromebook Celebration” at Liberty Magnet to launch the distribution of the devices. This will eliminate any barriers students may have with accessing technology. Liberty is the first school in EBR to receive them!
