10/31 Consortium helps make it possible for every kiddo to dress up on Halloween night. Through their Free Costumes initiative, 10/31 Consortium has been able to outfit over 5,000 children in free costumes. This year, the excitement continues with the annual Costume Giveaway Day being held on Sunday, October 22 from 4-6 p.m. at the East Baton Rouge Main Library on Goodwood. Any child in need of a costume can receive one free while supplies last. Volunteers will be on hand to help families shop for the perfect costume for their little ones. Supplies are limited and the need is great. Families are encouraged to arrive early to the giveaway, but please expect to wait in line. ■ freecostumes.com
