Louisiana Culinary Institute at 1 p.m. Participants will learn how to make fresh sausages such as Italian, bierbrats, and breakfast sausage. The class will cover topics about purchasing a grinder for home use,what type of stuffer to use and the different casings available. $150. lci.edu
