See what’s “hoppening” for Easter in Baton Rouge! Have a delicious brunch with the Easter Bunny, take portraits with furry friends, and enjoy an Easter egg hunt in the sunshine!

Standing Egg Workshop. The Royal Standard from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 2. Create a beautiful standing egg to add to your garden! In this workshop, you’ll use chalk paint and IOD-Iron Orchid Designs transfers and stamps. All supplies will be included. Register online. $48.

Bunny Photoshoot. Lilly & Jace Kids Boutique on Sunday, March 3, at 11 a.m. It’s time for pics with bunnies! Bring your little ones to Lilly & Jace Kids Boutique for a mini-session with furry friends. The cost is $40 for three digital images.

Bunny Photoshoot. This Takes The CAKE Photography on Sunday, March 3, from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Bring your littles out for Easter minis with live bunnies and a baby lamb! Each session includes 10 professionally edited photos. $150. Book a spot online.

Easter Bunny Minis. Central Intermediate School at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 3; Sunday, March 10 at 9 a.m.; and Sunday, March 17 at 9 a.m. Central Intermediate School is hosting Easter Bunny minis. Each session will be a five-minute bunny visit with five digital images. $100. Register online.

Old State Capitol Easter Egg Roll. Louisiana’s Old State Capitol on Sunday, March 3 at 1 p.m. The Old State Capitol is happy to announce the 2nd Annual Easter Egg Roll. This event, similar to the famous White House Easter Egg Roll, is a day of fun, family-friendly Easter activities. Free.

ACIA First Annual Egg-Stravaganza. America’s Choice Insurance Agency LLC on Saturday, March 9, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Support small business owners of Ascension Parish and The Ruth House, a local women’s shelter. Jambalaya plates will be sold to donate to The Ruth House women’s shelter to help provide for women in need. Children will also get a chance to meet the Easter Bunny.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Half Shell Oyster House on Saturday, March 9, at 7:30 a.m. Head over to Half Shell Oyster House to enjoy pancakes with the Easter Bunny! Your ticket purchase will allow a child in need to attend for FREE! Tickets are $10.

Community Easter Egg Hunt & Pop-Up Shop. Owen’s Grocery & Market on Saturday, March 9, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Bring your kids and lawn chairs for a day filled with fun, great food, music, and vendors!

This That & More on Saturday, March 9 from 1 p.m.– 4 p.m. Visit This That & More and take a unique Easter photo with the Easter Bunny and a baby kangaroo! This event contributes to the Dream Day Foundation for children fighting cancer. Take pictures with your camera for a $5 donation with Bunny and baby

Eggstravangza! Judson Baptist Church on Saturday, March 9, from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Join Judson Baptist Church for a great time of fun and fellowship!

Easter Bunny Photos w/ Heidi Bowers. The Southern Hotel on Sunday, March 10, at 9 a.m. Spring is in bloom! Hop over to the Southern Hotel for Easter Bunny minis by Heidi Bowers Photography. Each ticket includes one pose with a single digital download.

Easter Cookie Decorating Class. Louisiana Cajun Mansion on Sunday, March 17, from 1–3 p.m. Visit the Louisiana Cajun Mansion for a fun afternoon of cookie decorating! Get ready to unleash your creativity and learn how to make beautifully decorated Easter cookies.

Aetna Better Health of LA EggStravaganza/Put A Basket On Bullying Event. Essen Centre Building on Saturday, March 23, from 1-4 p.m. Get ready for an exciting day of fun, where you can paint Easter eggs, take a picture with the Easter Bunny, receive Easter goodies, and enjoy food, games, music, and more! Free. Register online.

Cousins Lobster Easter Event. The Grove on Saturday, March 23 through Sunday, March 24 beginning at 10 a.m. Visit The Grove to get a taste of Maine with the Cousins Lobster Easter Event! This nationally-acclaimed Maine restaurant is serving up its famous lobster roll on Saturday and Sunday.

Easter Eggstravaganza. Memorial Baptist Church on Saturday, March 23, from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. The West Baton Rouge Museum and the West Baton Rouge Parish Library are partnering to host the annual Easter Eggstravaganza. This old-fashioned spring celebration will be held on the grounds of the West Baton Rouge Museum and is FREE and open to the public.

Egg Stravaganza. Saketini on Sunday, March 23. Meet the Easter Bunny, hunt for Easter eggs, get your face painted, and enjoy a fun bouncy house! This March pop-up event is free, and adults can enjoy complimentary mimosas, live music from Cliff Bernard, and snowballs from CJ’s Snowballs.

NOMA Egg Hunt and Family Festival. New Orleans Museum of Art on Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. The NOMA Egg Hunt and Family Festival is a fun and festive event for families featuring arts & crafts, games, face painting, snacks, drinks, music, and more.

An Old Fashioned Easter. LSU Rural Life Museum on Sunday, March 24, from 2:30 p.m.–5 p.m. The highly-anticipated annual Easter celebration is back! This event will include Easter Bunny photos, egg dyeing, races, and an egg hunt with prizes! Egg Hunt times: 2-4 years 2:45 p.m.; 5-7 years 3:15 p.m.; 8-10 years 3:45 p.m. $8 per person; ages three and under admitted FREE.

Community Easter Egg Hunt. C B Pennington Jr. YMCA on Sunday, March 24, at 11 a.m. Visit the C B Penington Jr. YMCA for a community Easter egg hunt!

Easter Egg Decorations with Isa! Southern Food and Beverage Museum & Museum of the American Cocktail on Sunday, March 24, from 1-4 p.m. Join Isa for a delightful evening of Easter egg decorating and making beautiful cookie designs! Register online.

Easter Brunch. Couvant on Sunday, March 31 at 7 a.m. Enjoy Easter brunch at Couvant in New Orleans! Dishes offered will include Smoked Salmon, Crispy Fried Oysters, Crab Cake Benedict, and a Crawfish Omelet! Specialty drinks will be offered. Register.

Easter Hop 1M 5K 10K 13.1 Virtual. Sunday, March 31 from 7-11:00 p.m. Get your hop on for the Easter Hop! This is a 1 mile, 5k, 10k, virtual run (or walk). You decide which distance you want to complete! The price is $20 (including a medal, and a bib, and at least 15 percent of every entry will be donated to Easterseals.)
