Join BREC at Bluebonnet Swamp on Saturday, August 19 to explore the wonders of urban wildlife and learn about how we can all get along. From finding a baby bird or an injured animal, to snakes in your backyard and raccoons in your trash can, and how your pets and backyard wildlife can get along, you’ll have answers to all your questions pertaining to local critters. There will be presentations, games, live animals, trail activities, crafts, and more. Registration is $4 for ages 3-17 and $15 for ages 18 and up. ■ brec.org
