Cookie Dough Smoothie


It’s All Good!

This cookie dough smoothie tastes just like a freshly-baked chocolate chip cookie, but without the refined sugar, butter, or refined grains. It is a great source of protein, healthy fats, and calcium, making it an excellent after-school snack for kids. Healthy, quick, and easy to prepare, this cookie dough smoothie is sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp.
  • almond butter
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp. honey, agave nectar,
  • or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup
  • chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely incorporated.
