Family Friendly Concert. Hear children’s musician and author, Johnette Downing at the New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park, French Quarter, from 11-11:45 a.m. This 45 minute performance is especially geared for pre-K through third grade, but all ages are welcome. Parents Night Out for Special Needs Kids. For parents with special needs children, it can be difficult to find babysitters you can trust. For one evening only, leave your children with the professionals at the Baton Rouge General-Mid City Pediatric Rehabilitation Unit. Ventilators cannot be accommodated. Registration is required.
