Graphic Design Position

We are looking for a full time graphic designer. Candidate must have a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. Candidate must also have at least 2 years of instruction in graphic design or 4 years of experience in a design-related field. Pay will be considered upon hiring, based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Building/editing ads
• Producing sales support materials including flyers, media kits, and templates.
• Researching ideas for each issue and collaborating with the Art Director on design solutions.
• Laying out editorial
• Editing photos in Photoshop
• Assisting in editorial and cover photo shoots.

Responsibilities might also include some clerical work for the graphics department as well as assisting the associate publisher with sales support projects and events.
